We were so pleased to attend a Europe for Citizens conference in Barcelona last week which brought together beneficiaries of the programme, academics and civil society to discuss citizenship on a European scale...what does it mean?
Organised by Spanish NGO EUROM, the conference 'European Citizenship in Challenging Times' analysed the relationship between 'memory' and citizenship...asking how can Europeans have a common European memory and identity, or can they at all?
